This was an amazing experience for our family, and us as well. To not only be able to tell the story of our family but to have it permanently preserved in pictures and word for posterity. How I wish I had this from my parents. Their parents. Andrew was so good at getting us to do something that we weren't very comfortable in doing. Talking personally about ourselves and our family, but now very glad we did. Don't waste any more time. This made us realize that it is all too short!!

When we started there was an excited buzz when they realized what it was and then from young and old we had their complete attention. It was especially fun as I watched the reaction of our kids. Not a dry eye in the house when we showed their pictures and talked about each of them. It was especially fun to watch the grandkids as their picture came up and the important things of family were shared.

I was pleased to work with Andrew Natvig from Lasting Legacies. He was very professional and easy to talk to. His calm demeanor helped to put me at ease. It was nice to be able to put down some family history for my descendants.

Lasting Legacies created a touching video of my mom that was shared with the family at a recent family gathering. There was laughter and tears, and the wish that we had been able to have this created when my dad was still alive to share his memories along with hers. You don't know what the future may bring, so don't wait too long and have the regret of lost family history.

The film itself was WONDERFUL. But the biggest impact was that of which the film had on our kids. So much so that over the next few days each of our kids reached out with what sharing the film meant to to them.
